Each player is permitted to hold only one phlboss account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and may result in forfeiture of balances and permanent suspension of all associated accounts.

Players must not use software, bots, or any automated tools to gain an unfair advantage on phlboss. Collusion, fraud, and any form of cheating are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
All transactions on phlboss must use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments are not accepted. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification before processing.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlboss login credentials. phlboss will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to secure your account.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phlboss ("phlboss," "we," "us," or "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at phlboss.one (the "Platform"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all games, services, features, and content made available thereon.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility. The Platform is intended for use by residents of the Philippines. It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of phlboss complies with all laws and regulations applicable in your jurisdiction. phlboss makes no representation that the Platform is lawful or available for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.
3.3 Registration Information. When registering an Account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. You agree to update your information promptly if it changes. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
3.4 One Account Policy. Each individual may hold only one (1) phlboss Account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited. phlboss reserves the right to merge, suspend, or permanently close duplicate accounts and to void any transactions or winnings associated with them.
3.5 KYC Verification. phlboss may require you to complete identity verification (KYC) at any time, including before processing withdrawal requests. Required documents may include a government-issued Philippine ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests pending verification.
4.1 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your phlboss login credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time PINs associated with your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. phlboss will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
4.2 Account Notifications. You agree to receive communications from phlboss regarding your Account activity, including deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, and security alerts, via the contact details provided at registration. It is your responsibility to ensure your contact details remain current.
4.3 Inactive Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. phlboss reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied. To reactivate an inactive Account, simply log in and complete any required verification steps.
4.4 Account Closure by Player. You may request closure of your phlboss Account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no bonus wagering conditions remain unfulfilled.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. phlboss accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. Third-party deposits and withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
5.2 Minimum Transactions. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Minimum withdrawal amounts are specified on the Platform's cashier page and may vary by payment method. phlboss reserves the right to amend minimum transaction thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.3 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification and may be held pending completion of KYC procedures. phlboss aims to process verified withdrawal requests promptly; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of requests being processed. phlboss is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
5.4 Currency. All transactions on the phlboss Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless otherwise specified. Currency conversion fees, if applicable, are the responsibility of the Player.
5.5 Anti-Money Laundering. phlboss is committed to compliance with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) regulations in the Philippines. We reserve the right to request documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and referral to relevant authorities where required by law.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by phlboss are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier and eligible games will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated for each bonus; unused bonus funds will expire at the end of the validity period.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. phlboss reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim any bonus or associated winnings if we determine, in our reasonable judgment, that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to fulfill wagering requirements, or exploiting promotional terms in a manner inconsistent with their intended purpose.
6.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active in a Player's Account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.
7.1 Game Rules. Each game available on the phlboss Platform is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules. In the event of a discrepancy between the game display and the phlboss server records, the server records shall be deemed authoritative.
7.2 Random Number Generation. All phlboss casino games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generation (RNG) technology. The integrity of game outcomes is independently verified to ensure fairness for all Players.
7.3 Malfunctions. In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure that affects the outcome of a wager, phlboss reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Account. phlboss shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original stake.
7.4 Prohibited Gaming Tools. The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other technology designed to provide an unfair advantage in gameplay is strictly prohibited on phlboss. Detection of such tools will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and winnings.
In addition to the specific prohibitions set out elsewhere in these Terms, the following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phlboss Platform:
phlboss reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate in response to prohibited conduct, including immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities.
All content on the phlboss Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, and user interface elements, is the property of phlboss or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of phlboss.
10.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phlboss shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
10.2 phlboss's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your Account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 phlboss does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You access and use the Platform at your own risk.

phlboss reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive. In the event of termination for cause, phlboss reserves the right to forfeit any balance in your Account, including real-money funds, where permitted by applicable law.
Where an Account is suspended or terminated for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of applicable KYC requirements.
phlboss reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the contact details on file, or by prominent notice on the Platform, with reasonable advance notice where practicable. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the phlboss Platform shall first be submitted to phlboss's customer support team for resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal process, it shall be referred to the appropriate regulatory authority or submitted to the courts of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines.
